What you'll do

Lead technical discovery and map complex customer infrastructure to Cloudflare products like DNS, CDN, and Zero Trust.
Design and deliver tailored architectural diagrams, demonstrations, and proof of concept (PoC) plans for enterprise clients.
Act as a primary technical advisor throughout the entire lifecycle to guide customers through onboarding and migration.
Manage a quota-carrying role focused on driving platform adoption, retention, and identifying cross-sell opportunities.
Conduct technical Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to translate platform capabilities into measurable business value for executives.
Utilize AI tools and LLMs to automate routine tasks like RFP responses and telemetry monitoring.
Create and maintain internal and external technical resources, including standard operating procedures and best practice guides.

What we're looking for

Hold an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Possess 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Account Management.
Demonstrate the ability to design and articulate complex enterprise network and security architectures.
Translate deeply technical concepts into business outcomes for both engineers and C-level executives.
Operate effectively in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment with an understanding of SaaS metrics.
Show depth in at least four areas: Internet fundamentals, Security, Performance, AI Proficiency, Coding/Scripting, or Developer Platform Fluency.
Must be authorized to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for customer meetings and team collaboration.
