What you'll do

Lead technical discovery and map complex customer infrastructure to Cloudflare products like DNS, CDN, and Zero Trust.
Design and deliver tailored architectural diagrams, technical presentations, and demonstrations to address specific customer challenges.
Manage the full customer lifecycle by overseeing onboarding, migration blueprints, and long-term technical health monitoring.
Drive commercial growth by identifying cross-sell opportunities and leading Quarterly Business Reviews for C-level executives.
Utilize AI tools and LLMs to automate routine tasks like RFP responses and internal documentation.
Develop and document standard operating procedures and technical guides to enable both internal teams and customers.

What we're looking for

Must have an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Requires 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management.
Ability to design and articulate complex enterprise network and security architectures for both engineers and C-level executives.
Proven track record of operating in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment with an understanding of SaaS metrics.
Must demonstrate depth in at least four areas: Internet fundamentals, Security, Performance, AI Proficiency, Coding/Scripting, or Developer Platform Fluency.
Ability to leverage AI tools and LLMs to automate workflows and provide technical advisory.
Authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws.
Preferred fluency in Bahasa Indonesia for travel and client communication in Indonesia.
