What you'll do

Lead technical discovery and map complex customer infrastructure to Cloudflare products like DNS, CDN, and Zero Trust.
Design and deliver tailored architectural diagrams, technical presentations, and demonstrations to address specific customer challenges.
Manage the full customer lifecycle by overseeing onboarding, migration blueprints, and long-term technical health monitoring.
Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-sell opportunities and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews for C-level executives.
Utilize AI tools and LLMs to automate routine tasks such as RFP responses and internal documentation.
Develop and document standard operating procedures and technical guides to enable both internal teams and customers.

What we're looking for

Must have an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Requires 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management.
Must be able to design and articulate complex enterprise network and security architectures.
Must possess the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes for both engineers and C-level executives.
Must have a proven track record of operating in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment.
Candidates must demonstrate depth in at least four areas: Internet fundamentals, Security, Performance, AI Proficiency, Coding/Scripting, or Developer Platform Fluency.
Preferred experience includes LLM orchestration, RAG architectures, and knowledge of PCI DSS, HIPAA, or SOC 2.
Must be authorized to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws.
