What we're looking for
Must have an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Must be fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Experience is required in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, or Technical Account Management.
Ability to design and articulate complex enterprise network and security architectures.
Proven track record of operating in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment.
Must demonstrate depth in at least four areas: Internet fundamentals, Security, Performance, AI Proficiency, Coding/Scripting, or Developer Platform Fluency.
Experience with LLM orchestration, RAG architectures, and model-access controls (preferred).
Export control laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
