What we're looking for
Must have experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management.

Proven track record of operating in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment with an understanding of SaaS metrics.
Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business outcomes for both engineers and C-level executives.
Must demonstrate depth in at least four areas: Internet fundamentals, Security, Performance, AI Proficiency, Coding/Scripting, or Developer Platform Fluency.
Ability to travel up to 20–50% for customer meetings and industry events.
Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Must be authorized to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws.
