What you'll do

Design and optimize distributed system components for high scalability, resiliency, and large-scale data processing.
Implement fault-tolerant features including redundancy, replication, automatic failover, circuit breakers, and retry mechanisms.
Develop automation scripts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to streamline troubleshooting and infrastructure management.
Build monitoring systems using dashboards, telemetry, and alerts to proactively detect and resolve system failures.
Perform load testing, fault injection, and performance analysis to ensure system correctness and availability.
Execute incident response, conduct root cause analyses, and author operational runbooks.
Apply advanced security controls including encryption and access management in multi-tenant environments.
Maintain compliance with industry standards and documentation requirements for cloud infrastructure.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and 4 years of software development experience are required.
A Master's degree in a relevant technical field and 2 years of software development experience are required.
Proficiency in Java, Shell Scripting, and Unix/Linux systems is required.
Experience with high availability systems, server-side programming, and security architecture is required.
Skills in debugging techniques, deployment concepts, and service monitoring are required.
Experience with Grafana visualization is required.
Ability to read, write, and speak English is required.
