You must possess core competencies in data analytics and programming languages including Python, R, and SQL. This role solves complex technical problems by mapping digital transformation solutions to specific business outcomes and operational readiness.

What you'll do

Lead architectural design sessions and proof-of-concept initiatives for secure, scalable, and AI-ready data solutions on Microsoft Azure.
Deploy production workloads using technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Cosmos DB, and Purview.
Guide customers through data modernization journeys to ensure performance, resiliency, and cost-optimized solution architectures.
Identify and mitigate technical risks while ensuring all projects comply with industry and company governance standards.
Translate complex customer problems into technical solutions and present business cases to influence product roadmaps.
Mentor team members on technical readiness and share proven practices to build scalable, repeatable intellectual property.
Collaborate with partners to develop repeatable offerings and provide technical pre-sales support for solution utilization.
Act as a technical advocate by sharing customer feedback and success stories with internal engineering and product teams.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, or architecture.
8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, or architecture (preferred).
Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or Liberal Arts (preferred).
6+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting (preferred).
4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (preferred).
4+ years of experience working on technical projects (preferred).
Knowledge of Data Analytics tools such as Databricks, Fabric, CosmosDB, and Purview (preferred).
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL (preferred).
Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) or security certifications (preferred).
