As a Senior Cloud Solution Architect, Cloud & AI Business Solutions within the International Customer Success Organization, you will partner with global customers to transform ambitious ideas into production outcomes on Azure. You will lead technical engagements including architecture design, proofs of concept, and pilot programs for AI-ready data estates and applications. Your daily work involves managing end-to-end delivery, resolving technical blockers, and ensuring security, governance, and cost optimization for mission-critical workloads. You will utilize a specific technology stack including Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, GitHub, Copilot Studio, Agent365, and Microsoft Purview. The role focuses on moving AI agents from experimentation to production while building reusable solution accelerators and reference architectures. You must possess expertise in data platforms, application modernization, and agentic DevOps to solve complex problems regarding scalability and responsible AI principles.
Design secure, scalable architecture for data platforms and AI applications to drive measurable business value.
Lead hands-on technical engagements including proofs of concept, pilots, and production deployments on Azure.
Manage end-to-end technical delivery results and identify opportunities to generate incremental cloud pipeline.
Oversee workload security, privacy, governance, reliability, performance, and cost optimization for AI and data services.
Resolve technical blockers by collaborating with account teams, partners, and engineering teams.
Create and share reusable solution accelerators, reference architectures, and technical content for customers and partners.
Conduct technical workshops and skilling activities to support customer adoption of Azure and GitHub tools.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of experience in Cloud & AI platform technologies including Azure architecture, AI agents, GitHub, and data platforms.
5+ years of technical enterprise experience in data platforms, AI applications, or developer tooling (preferred).
5+ years of experience designing and delivering secure, scalable data and AI solutions from architecture through production deployment (preferred).
3+ years of experience owning end-to-end technical delivery results including resolving complex blockers and optimizing for security and cost (preferred).
5+ years of experience across cloud, data, and AI platforms with a focus on reusable solution development and mentoring (preferred).
Technical Cloud Certification in Azure Developer, AI Engineer, GitHub Copilot, Fabric, Data Scientist, or Solutions Architect Expert (preferred).
