As a member of the Cloud & AI Data Platform team, the Cloud Solution Architect - Cloud & AI Data Platform serves in a customer-facing capacity to guide organizations through data modernization and artificial intelligence journeys. You will lead architectural design sessions, conduct proof-of-concept initiatives, and manage production deployments for mission-critical workloads while ensuring performance, resiliency, and security. The role involves utilizing established execution frameworks to deliver high-quality outcomes and accelerate solution adoption. You will work extensively with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Cosmos DB, and Purview to unlock the value of data and AI investments. This position focuses on solving complex technical challenges by designing well-architected, cost-optimized solutions that address specific business needs. You will also collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on product roadmaps and contribute to the development of scalable, repeatable models for enterprise customers.
Design secure, scalable, and AI-ready data architectures on Microsoft Azure for enterprise customers.
Lead architectural design sessions, proof-of-concept initiatives, and production deployments for mission-critical workloads.
Implement solutions using technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Cosmos DB, and Purview.
Translate customer problems into technical solutions that align with product strategy and ROI goals.
Identify and mitigate technical blockers to accelerate solution deployment and value realization.
Provide technical pre-sales support and enablement to partners to drive growth in the sales pipeline.
Advocate for products by sharing feedback, insights, and success stories with internal engineering teams.
Contribute to the development of intellectual property and scalable models for AI and data scenarios.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, or architecture.
6+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
4+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role.
4+ years of experience working on technical projects.
Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) or security certifications.
Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Cosmos DB, and Purview is preferred for data platform solutions.
