Principal Cloud Solution Architect, Cloud and Agentic AI Solutions joins the Cloud and AI Apps team to help customers move AI applications and agents from experimentation to production on Azure. The role requires deep expertise in Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Agent365, GitHub, containers, serverless, and integration services. You will also work with data platforms like Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks to solve complex problems regarding production-scale AI and agent use cases. Key skills include experience in LLM/RAG application development, Agentic DevOps, and designing secure, scalable solutions for enterprise customers.

What you'll do

Design secure, scalable AI and data solutions for customers to move applications from experimentation to production.
Lead technical engagements across architecture design, proof of concepts, pilots, and production milestones on Azure.
Manage the health, resiliency, security, and optimization of mission-critical workloads for AI and agent use cases.
Deliver repeatable intellectual property and contribute to centralized assets to accelerate customer deployment and time-to-value.
Act as the Voice of the Customer by reporting product gaps and technical blockers to engineering teams.
Conduct technical workshops and provide guidance on AI apps, GitHub, and application modernization for customers and partners.
Drive new business opportunities and generate incremental cloud pipeline from every customer engagement.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of experience in Cloud & AI platform technologies including Azure architecture, AI agents, GitHub, and production-scale cloud delivery.
Experience in IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, or technical solution architecture.
7+ years of technical enterprise experience in data platforms, AI applications/agents, or application platforms and developer tooling (preferred).
7+ years of experience designing and delivering secure, scalable data and AI solutions from proof of concept through production deployment (preferred).
5+ years of experience owning end-to-end technical delivery results including resolving complex blockers and addressing security, privacy, and cost optimization (preferred).
7+ years of experience across cloud, data, AI, and developer platforms with a focus on reusable solution development and mentoring (preferred).
Technical Cloud Certification in Azure Developer, AI Engineer, GitHub Copilot, Fabric Analytics/Data Engineer, Data Scientist, or Solutions Architect Expert (preferred).
