What you'll do

Architect AI-first business solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio for customers.
Act as a trusted advisor by translating customer problems into technical and functional solution strategies.
Manage technical and business relationships to bridge the gap between technical and business decision makers.
Drive customer adoption and usage of Microsoft products through proactive change management and tailored solutions.
Identify and mitigate project blockers to accelerate the deployment and implementation of client solutions.
Identify new opportunities for expansion by communicating the value proposition of AI and cloud technologies.
Contribute to internal and external communities by leading presentations and developing reusable intellectual property.
Provide feedback from customer interactions to internal engineering teams to drive product improvements.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, software development, architecture, or related fields.
4+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role.
4+ years of experience working on technical projects.
Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) or security certifications.
Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, software development, architecture, or related fields (preferred).
Master's Degree and 6+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting (preferred).
