As a Cloud Solution Architect- AI Business Process, you will join a customer-facing team to manage technical and business relationships regarding AI business process applications. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through architectural design sessions, developing proof of concepts, and transitioning legacy systems into modern cloud environments optimized for performance and cost-efficiency. Your daily work involves resolving project blockers, providing implementation advisory, and ensuring operational excellence for clients. The role requires deep expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio to drive value from Microsoft investments. You will utilize technical skills in CRM and ERP business applications, low-code tools like Power Automate, and Dataverse to create intelligent agents. This role focuses on the specific domain of integrating AI capabilities into everyday business processes to enhance productivity and organizational efficiency.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio expertise.
Guide customers through architectural design sessions and the development of business solutions.
Develop proof of concepts and transition legacy systems into modern cloud environments.
Drive customer usage and value from Microsoft investments through implementation advisory and performance optimization.
Identify and resolve technical blockers to ensure successful project go-lives.
Lead technical conversations with customers to provide deep insights on AI business process applications.
Create and share reusable intellectual property to accelerate the customer transformation journey.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, architecture, or technology solutions.
4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (preferred).
4+ years of experience leading technical projects (preferred).
Technical Certification in Cloud, such as Azure, AWS, Google, or security certifications (preferred).
At least 1 year of experience customizing, troubleshooting, and deploying Copilot Studio with production deployments (preferred).
4+ years of experience customizing and deploying Dynamics 365 CE Solutions or Microsoft Power Platform (preferred).
