What you'll do

Provide technical and business support to resolve application issues and improve system stability and efficiency.
Identify, define, and implement necessary system enhancements by analyzing existing logic and recommending solutions.
Perform incident and outage management while collaborating with infrastructure partners to remediate stability risks.
Execute resiliency activities including disaster recovery coordination and component-level resiliency testing.
Manage outage communications with business and operations stakeholders during critical incidents.
Define and implement application onboarding guidelines in alignment with non-functional requirements.
Provide technical guidance to development teams regarding application stability and supportability improvements.
Act as a subject matter expert to provide advice and counsel to senior stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Must have 5 or more years of experience in an Application Support role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency technology fundamentals, and distributed ledger principles is required.
Experience supporting cloud-native environments including ECS, OpenShift, and microservices at L2/L3 levels.
Hands-on experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) tools like Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Google Cloud Observability.
Proficiency in SQL Server, Oracle, or other RDBMS database performance and tuning.
Experience with Elastic Stack (ELK) and various automation and monitoring tools.
Strong communication, leadership, and ability to manage stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.
