Senior Analyst, IT Client Support

What you'll do

• Provide Tier 2+ support for software and hardware devices including desktops, laptops, and warehouse technologies.
• Act as the primary IT support person for the Denver distribution facility.
• Install, remove, and configure hardware and software for end users.
• Troubleshoot network configurations, server interactions, and various operating systems.
• Resolve technical incidents and fulfill requests by conferring with end users, technology teams, and vendors.
• Correlate business requirements to technology solutions to provide appropriate technical support.
• Manage and prioritize technical tasks, including after-hours and weekend support activities as needed.

• Demonstrates knowledge of client and warehouse hardware, software, operating systems, network configuration, server interaction, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Installs, removes, and configures hardware and software.
• Demonstrates appropriate interpersonal skills to manage and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Partners with end users to correlate business requirements to technology solutions.
• Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• 2+ years experience in a related field (preferred).
• Experience in a warehouse environment (preferred).
• Knowledge of RF scanners, Zebra printers, barcode scanners, Windows 10, SCCM, ServiceNow, and Office 365 (preferred).
