Senior Analyst, IT Client Services

What you'll do

• Provide Tier 1-3 virtual and physical support for software, hardware, and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems with computer workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain warehouse technology including laser printers and handheld terminals.
• Address user tickets within documented service levels via in-person, phone, or remote methods.
• Perform asset management for hardware and software components.
• Install and upgrade PC components, warehouse technology, and enterprise software.
• Provide education and training to users to facilitate knowledge transfer and prevent problem reoccurrence.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams and coordinate with external vendors.

What we're looking for

• Two-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in a related field (preferred).
• Experience supporting multi-platform environments including Windows 10, Windows 11, Citrix, Microsoft W365, AWS desktops, Android, and SOTI (preferred).
• Detailed knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems, network configuration, server interaction, diagnostics, and troubleshooting (preferred).
• Working knowledge of hardware builds, configuration, compatibility, upgrades, diagnostics, and desktop-based security methodologies (preferred).
• Working knowledge of warehouse technologies such as laser printers, Zebra printers, wearable/handheld terminals, and IWD/RF scanners (preferred).
• Experience in a warehouse environment (preferred).
• Understanding of basic network topology, Ethernet, Wireless, and TCP/IP protocols.
