Senior Analyst, IT Client Services

What you'll do

• Provide Tier 1-3 virtual and physical support for software, hardware, and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve unique problems with hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and telecommunications equipment.
• Install, remove, and configure hardware and software components for end users.
• Troubleshoot warehouse technologies including laser printers, wearable terminals, and RF scanners.
• Manage software and hardware assets and perform regular inventory updates.
• Address user tickets within documented service levels via in-person, phone, or remote methods.
• Provide after-hours and weekend support as needed to ensure system functionality.

What we're looking for

• Two-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in a related field (preferred).
• Experience supporting multi-platform environments including Windows 10, Windows 11, Microsoft W365, MS Entra, Android, and SOTI (preferred).
• Detailed knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems, network configuration, server interaction, diagnostics, and troubleshooting (preferred).
• Working knowledge of hardware builds, configurations, compatibility, upgrades, diagnostics, and desktop-based security methodologies (preferred).
• Working knowledge of warehouse technologies such as laser printers, Zebra printers, wearable/handheld terminals, and IWD/RF scanners (preferred).
• Understanding of basic network topology, Ethernet, Wireless, and TCP/IP protocols (preferred).
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% to other facilities as needed.
