Senior Analyst, IT Client Services

What you'll do

• Provide Tier 1-3 virtual and physical support for software, hardware, network, and enterprise systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving account setup, network configuration, and operating system errors.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and telecommunications equipment.
• Support warehouse-specific technologies including laser printers, wearable terminals, and RF scanners.
• Perform asset management for hardware and software while managing inventory of company components.
• Provide training to end users to facilitate knowledge transfer and prevent recurring technical problems.
• Manage and resolve user tickets within documented service levels through in-person, phone, or remote methods.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve escalated issues and fulfill requests.

What we're looking for

• Two-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in a related field (preferred).
• Experience supporting multi-platform environments including Windows, Citrix, Microsoft W365, AWS, Android, and SOTI (preferred).
• Detailed knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems, network configuration, server interaction, diagnostics, and troubleshooting (preferred).
• Working knowledge of warehouse technologies such as laser printers, Zebra printers, wearable/handheld terminals, and IWD/RF scanners (preferred).
• Understanding of basic network topology, Ethernet, Wireless, and TCP/IP protocol (preferred).
• Experience supporting manufacturing, automation, or warehouse environments (preferred).
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% to other facilities as needed.
