Senior Analyst, Digital Workplace Endpoint

What you'll do

• Configure, deploy, and manage endpoint technologies including operating systems, desktop applications, and security tools.
• Administer Microsoft management platforms such as Intune, MECM/SCCM, Autopilot, and Active Directory.
• Create software deployment packages and automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Execute endpoint security initiatives including patch management, vulnerability remediation, and compliance monitoring.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to application deployment, device management, virtual environments, and user experience.
• Provide advanced technical support for business users and executive stakeholders.
• Support collaboration technologies and meeting room solutions like Microsoft Teams Rooms and Logitech platforms.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience and certifications).
• At least 3 years of experience in endpoint engineering, enterprise systems administration, or digital workplace technology.
• Experience with endpoint management technologies, deployment processes, application packaging, automation, scripting, or enterprise standards.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID, and Group Policy.
• Proficiency in TCP/IP networking and endpoint connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience with software distribution, patch management, compliance programs, and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and a willingness to develop automation capabilities.
• Work authorization.
