Senior System Administrator, End User Compute (EUC)

What you'll do

• Administer and support enterprise endpoint management platforms for Windows, macOS, and virtual desktop environments.
• Engineer, deploy, and maintain endpoint technologies and configuration baselines across the enterprise fleet.
• Manage operating system lifecycle activities including deployments, upgrades, patching, and decommissioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint issues while performing root cause analysis and problem management.
• Implement and maintain endpoint security controls, including Microsoft Defender and vulnerability remediation.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell to improve operational efficiency.
• Support endpoint modernization initiatives using Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Autopilot, and Windows 365.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles for engineering best practices.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise endpoint environments.
• Strong experience administering Windows endpoint platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC), and PowerShell.
• Experience supporting endpoint security and compliance programs.
• Experience with operating system deployment, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting global environments with 5,000+ endpoints (preferred).
