Senior System Administrator, End User Compute

What you'll do

• Manage and support enterprise endpoint platforms including Windows, macOS, and virtual desktop environments.
• Engineer, deploy, and maintain endpoint technologies across the entire corporate fleet.
• Execute operating system lifecycle activities such as patching, upgrades, and decommissioning.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis for platform stability.
• Implement security controls, vulnerability remediations, and compliance policies using Microsoft Defender and WDAC.
• Deploy modern workplace solutions including Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Autopilot, and Windows 365.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Create technical documentation and knowledge articles to support engineering best practices.

What we're looking for

• Must have at least 5 years of experience supporting enterprise endpoint environments.
• Must possess strong experience administering Windows endpoint platforms.
• Required expertise in Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Defender.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and other scripting technologies for automation is required.
• Experience with Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC) and endpoint security programs is required.
• Must have experience with operating system deployment, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills are required.
• Ability to independently manage complex technical assignments with limited oversight.
