Associate Technical Operations Product Owner

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle and governance of endpoint management platforms including Intune, SCCM, and Group Policy.
• Lead incident management by coordinating triage, escalation, and resolution to minimize business disruption from service outages.
• Conduct root cause analysis on recurring device, application, and patching issues to implement long-term technical improvements.
• Establish and monitor service health frameworks using KPIs, SLIs, and SLOs to improve device performance and user experience.
• Oversee the packaging, testing, and deployment of enterprise applications across Windows and macOS platforms.
• Manage security compliance by overseeing patch management, vulnerability remediation, and configuration policies for all mobile and desktop devices.
• Drive operational automation and scripting initiatives to reduce manual effort and enhance endpoint security.
• Develop executive reports and data-driven dashboards to communicate device health and compliance metrics to leadership.

What we're looking for

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in Endpoint Management, Workplace Technology, or Infrastructure Operations.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in product ownership, service ownership, or operational leadership roles.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise endpoint environments supporting thousands of devices is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Group Policy, and Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) is required.
• Expertise in mobile device management for iOS and Android and macOS device management is required.
• Must possess skills in PowerShell automation, scripting, and ITIL service management practices.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships, incident management, and large-scale project lifecycle management is required.
• Preferred certifications include ITIL Foundation/Advanced or Microsoft Certified Endpoint Administrator Associate.
