Administrator III, IT Infrastructure

What you'll do

• Lead architecture, configuration, and governance of Windows and macOS endpoint environments.
• Manage enterprise endpoint management platforms including Intune, MECM/SCCM, and Jamf.
• Oversee the full device lifecycle including procurement, provisioning, and decommissioning.
• Serve as a Tier 3 technical escalation point and mentor junior team members.
• Manage endpoint security controls such as EDR, patch compliance, and configuration hardening.
• Administer identity and access management tasks across Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.
• Lead endpoint-related projects, upgrades, and process improvements for the global organization.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in IT systems administration or enterprise endpoint management.
• Advanced expertise with Windows 10/11, Intune, Autopilot, MECM/SCCM, and/or Jamf.
• Thorough understanding of identity and access management including AD, Azure AD (Entra), and Conditional Access.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint security tools.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, or other DaaS platforms (preferred).
• PowerShell scripting for automation, relevant certifications, and Spanish proficiency (preferred).
