What you'll do

  • Lead architecture and configuration of Windows and macOS endpoint environments.
  • Own enterprise endpoint management platforms and drive modern device management initiatives.
  • Oversee full device lifecycle including planning, procurement, provisioning, refresh, and decommissioning.
  • Manage endpoint security controls including EDR, patch compliance, encryption, and hardening.
  • Administer advanced identity and access management tasks across Active Directory and Azure AD.
  • Serve as Tier 3 escalation point for technical issues and mentor junior team members.
  • Partner with Cybersecurity and Infrastructure teams to implement secure and scalable standards.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years experience in IT systems administration or enterprise endpoint management.
  • Expertise with Windows 10/11, Intune, Autopilot, MECM/SCCM, and Jamf.
  • Proficiency in identity and access management including AD, Azure AD (Entra).
  • Experience managing Microsoft 365 and implementing endpoint security controls.
  • Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor junior team members.
  • Strong communication skills with documentation and customer service proficiency.
