What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Windows and macOS endpoints including provisioning, configuration, patching, and retirement.
• Maintain Intune-based management policies such as compliance profiles, configuration profiles, and application deployment.
• Execute automation-first solutions using PowerShell and Bash/Zsh to streamline provisioning and issue remediation.
• Troubleshoot identity-driven access controls involving Azure AD, Conditional Access, and M365 client configurations.
• Perform root cause analysis on complex endpoint issues to implement long-term technical fixes.
• Utilize analytics tools like Nexthink and Intune reporting to improve device health and user experience.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including runbooks, standards, and knowledge articles for support teams.
• Track and report on key performance indicators such as patch success rates and device compliance.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, desktop engineering, or modern device management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device configuration, compliance, and application deployment.
• Experience supporting macOS endpoints in an enterprise environment including lifecycle management and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and macOS provisioning workflows.
• Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID, including Conditional Access and device compliance concepts.
• Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Bash, or shell scripting.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes, strong communication skills, and technical documentation skills.
• Experience with Jamf Pro and integration with Microsoft Intune (preferred).
• Experience implementing Zero Touch provisioning for Windows Autopilot and macOS enrollment (preferred).
• Experience in regulated environments such as GxP (preferred).
