Security Specialist Technical Skilling Strategy Lead

What you'll do

• Define and evolve the technical skilling framework for global Security Solutions Specialist sellers.
• Analyze sales performance data and market signals to identify technical capability gaps and training opportunities.
• Translate product roadmaps and competitive dynamics into scalable skilling priorities and development plans.
• Partner with engineering, product, and sales teams to align technical investments with business goals.
• Identify ways to leverage AI technologies to accelerate seller learning and technical confidence.
• Establish success metrics to measure the impact of skilling programs on customer outcomes and pipeline quality.
• Serve as a thought leader and advisor on security seller effectiveness for senior leadership.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business consulting, sales, IT, account management, marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Near Term Strategy, Management Consulting, or Finance.
• 4+ years of experience working with enterprise security technologies, cloud platforms, or technical sales teams.
• Ability to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into customer-focused messaging for business and technical decision-makers.
• Experience enabling technical sales professionals and go-to-market teams to articulate business value and solution outcomes.
• Deep understanding of modern cybersecurity technologies including identity, endpoint protection, threat protection, and cloud security.
• Proven ability to identify capability gaps and create scalable learning frameworks to accelerate technical proficiency across large organizations.
