Lead Information Security Operations Specialist

What you'll do

• Lead the strategy and execution of the IAM Access Certification program for both centralized and decentralized applications.
• Manage application scoping to determine eligibility and integration types for the central IGA platform.
• Build and maintain Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules and Role Based Access Control (RBAC) profiles.
• Execute user access review campaigns to enforce the principle of least privilege across all platforms.
• Standardize and improve certification processes for decentralized applications managed via manual methods.
• Implement AI-enabled capabilities in Saviynt to improve certification accuracy and outlier detection.
• Establish governance controls and review practices for Non-Human Identities, including service accounts and AI agents.
• Support the migration from SailPoint IdentityIQ to Savuynt by validating configuration of SoD and RBAC capabilities.

What we're looking for

• A university degree is preferred.
• Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in IT or information security.
• Candidates should have 7 or more years of experience for this role.
• Applicants need at least 3 years of experience leading or supporting Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) programs.
• Hands-on experience with Saviynt and/or SailPoint IdentityIQ is required.
• Experience implementing or overseeing Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules and Role Based Access Control (RBAC) frameworks is required.
• Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of the principle of least privilege in enterprise access governance.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to gather and translate access governance requirements is required.
