What you'll do

Define and evolve the technical capability framework for Microsoft's global Security Solution Engineer community.
Analyze performance data and field intelligence to identify skill gaps and future training opportunities.
Develop a comprehensive strategy to build technical expertise across the security portfolio and AI technologies.
Translate product innovations and market trends into scalable skilling plans for the sales organization.
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on technical effectiveness and capability development.
Identify and implement AI-powered tools to accelerate learning and technical coaching for engineers.
Establish success metrics to measure the impact of training investments on customer outcomes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of experience in business consulting, sales, IT, account management, marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Near Term Strategy, Management Consulting, or Finance.
4+ years of experience working with enterprise security technologies, cloud platforms, or technical sales teams (preferred).
Ability to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into customer-focused messaging for business and technical decision-makers (preferred).
Experience architecting and implementing cybersecurity technologies in large, complex environments (preferred).
Deep understanding of modern cybersecurity technologies including identity, endpoint protection, threat protection, and cloud security (preferred).
Proven ability to identify capability gaps and create scalable learning frameworks or programs for large organizations (preferred).
