The role requires expertise in business strategy, cybersecurity, AI, and advanced analytics to solve challenges related to secure AI transformation and security modernization while ensuring partners are equipped to deliver high-impact results for customers navigating a complex threat landscape.

What you'll do

  • Define and execute Microsoft's global Security partner strategy to accelerate customer adoption and value realization.
  • Develop scalable frameworks that connect partner investments and execution to strategic security priorities.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable, partner-led strategies across different geographies and segments.
  • Analyze partner performance data and engineering telemetry to create evidence-based recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Establish governance frameworks and reporting tools to measure the impact of partner-led initiatives.
  • Identify capability gaps in the partner ecosystem and develop programs to improve partner readiness.
  • Advocate for partner needs by integrating partner feedback into product, engineering, and investment discussions.
  • Define success metrics that link partner activities to customer consumption growth and deployment outcomes.

What we're looking for

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field and 3+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, or partner organizations.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or a related field and 4+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, or partner organizations.
  • Equivalent professional experience to the specified educational requirements.
  • 4+ years of experience working with enterprise software, cloud technologies, cybersecurity solutions, partner ecosystems, consulting organizations, or customer-facing field organizations (preferred).
  • Experience working with partner ecosystems including global systems integrators, managed service providers, managed security service providers, advisory firms, or strategic partners (preferred).
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation, Power Platform, or advanced analytics to drive business outcomes (preferred).
  • Experience presenting strategic recommendations to senior leaders (preferred).
