Information Security Business Partner Lead, Product Ops & Supply Chain

What you'll do

• Act as the primary security liaison between Information Security and Product Operations/Supply Chain teams.
• Translate business requirements from manufacturing and logistics into technical requirements for engineering decisions.
• Develop and maintain tailored security roadmaps that account for supply chain constraints and manufacturing cycles.
• Lead threat models and security architecture reviews for manufacturing infrastructure and supply chain platforms.
• Provide expert security advisement to ensure alignment with enterprise standards while respecting operational constraints.
• Manage and resolve high-priority security escalations impacting manufacturing or global logistics operations.
• Represent the security organization in executive meetings to provide strategic guidance and status updates.
• Measure and communicate the quantifiable impact of security services to internal stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in Information Security or related security fields.
• 8+ years of experience in securing large operations, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
• Expertise in security threat modeling and architecture reviews for operational technology and manufacturing systems.
• Expertise in security risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks such as NIST or ISO 27001.
• Expertise in SaaS security, cloud platforms, and automating security processes.
• Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and communicate technical concepts to non-technical executive audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Security, or a related discipline.
