Lead, Network Security Operations

What you'll do

• Lead a distributed team of engineers through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Oversee daily security operations including incident detection, resolution, and change management.
• Act as the primary escalation point for critical security incidents and communicate status to senior leadership.
• Manage the lifecycle, health, and optimization of firewall platforms and proxy technologies like Zscaler.
• Review and approve operational changes while conducting necessary risk assessments.
• Partner with engineering teams to align operations with design and roll out new security capabilities.
• Improve operational workflows and standards to enhance efficiency and security outcomes.

What we're looking for

• Must have 8+ years of experience in Security Operations.
• Experience managing network and perimeter security environments is required.
• Must have hands-on experience with Check Point and Cisco ASA firewalls.
• Must have experience with Proxy solutions, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), and Zscaler.
• Requires a strong understanding of routing protocols, client/server architectures, and network traffic flow.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
• CISSP or CCNP Security certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
