What you'll do

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach and mentor the Scrum Team to ensure effective functioning using Agile methodologies.
Remove obstacles that hinder team progress and resolve internal conflicts to maintain a productive environment.
Identify and report progress through appropriate metrics like velocity, burndown, and cycle time.
Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance team performance and Agile practices.
Facilitate clear communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Analyze project metrics and feedback to drive data-informed decisions and improve delivery outcomes.
Champion Agile values and principles across the organization to foster a culture of innovation.

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst roles.
3+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master facilitating ceremonies for teams of 15+ members.
3+ years of experience with SAFe, including working with RTEs, PMO, and Product Owners.
Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and working knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and Agile metrics.
Experience in requirements elicitation, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting UAT.
Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified AI-Empowered SAFe Scrum Master, CSM, or PSM (preferred).
Experience in financial services, generative AI tools, process modeling, or large-scale SAFe environments (preferred).
Bachelor's Degree.
