What you'll do

Coach and mentor the Scrum Team to ensure effective functioning using Agile methodologies.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Remove obstacles that hinder team progress and provide solutions to problems within and across teams.
Identify and report progress through appropriate metrics and analyze performance to optimize workflows.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices within the Agile framework.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and resolve dependencies.
Support the professional growth of team members by sharing knowledge and encouraging Agile principles.

What we're looking for

Minimum 4 years of experience in Agile Scrum Project Management.
High School Diploma or GED.
Expert proficiency in Agile Scrum Project Management.
Expert proficiency in Agile Project Management, Scrum Agile Process Coaching, and Agile Methods.
ADM for Distributed Agile Development is suggested (preferred).
Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Pleasant Prairie, WI.
