JOB TITLE: Scrum Master As a Scrum Master, you will join a development team to coach members toward their highest performance levels while ensuring the successful progression of Scrum projects. You will be responsible for strengthening sustainable process improvements across the software systems lifecycle, ensuring that Scrum principles are correctly understood by both the team and key stakeholders. Your daily work involves managing priorities, requirements, and the overall integrity of products or applications. You will work to strengthen operational excellence for multiple highly-visible systems, ensuring traceability within program documents and the overall computing environment and architecture.

What you'll do

Coach the development team to achieve their highest performance levels.
Ensure Scrum principles and Agile best practices are understood by the team and stakeholders.
Use Jira and Confluence to manage tasks and strengthen sustainable process improvements.
Manage priorities, requirements, and the overall integrity of each product or application.
Work with customers to determine present and future needs for software systems.
Define, analyze, track, and review requirements to ensure compliance for enterprise systems.
Maintain traceability within program documents and the overall computing architecture.

What we're looking for

High school diploma or GED.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
5+ years of experience working with software systems in a professional environment.
2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or IT project manager leading Agile software development processes.
Experience leading teams through the development process while managing priorities, requirements, and product integrity.
Experience working with customers or stakeholders to determine needs and ensuring traceability within program documents.
Experience defining, analyzing, tracking, and reviewing requirements for enterprise systems.
Experience using Jira and Confluence.
Experience leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in IT or Software Systems (preferred).
PMP Certification (preferred).
Scrum Master Certification (preferred).
