What you'll do

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Perform technical software engineering work for approximately 70% of the total work time.
Decompose Agile features into user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
Remove obstacles for the team and monitor progress to ensure smooth execution of Agile processes.
Organize work and oversee user story creation during Program Increment (PI) planning.
Track financial progress and program performance using the Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
Provide servant leadership and mentorship to members of the C2BMC System Architecture Product Team.
Coordinate with technical leads and management to manage dependencies and schedules.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5 years of experience, a Master’s with 3 years, or 9 years of experience without a degree.
Must possess a current, active, in-scope Government-issued Secret security clearance.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Extensive experience supporting software engineering for Government programs.
Previous experience as a software engineer, systems engineer, or in other technical roles supporting software development teams.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and experience working with multiple Scrum teams.
Experience with Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and the Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
Experience as a technical lead or senior developer within a software development organization.
Experience with modern software development practices, CI/CD pipelines, and SAFe (preferred).
Agile certifications such as CSM, CSP, PMI-ACP, SSM, or PSM (preferred).
