JOB TITLE: Scrum Master The Scrum Master joins a development team focused on modernizing critical systems and strengthening operational excellence. In this role, you will coach the development team to reach its highest performance level while ensuring that Scrum principles and approaches are correctly understood by the team and key stakeholders. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting technical and business requirements, leading client delivery engagements, and teaching Agile framework concepts to technical teams. The position requires proficiency with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, as well as experience with Agile metrics. You will solve problems related to IT infrastructures and mission-critical capabilities within the DoD or Space Force community. Candidates must possess a Professional Scrum Master Certification, a Bachelor's degree, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience gathering and documenting technical and business requirements.
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Systems Engineer of a development team.
Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Agile metrics.
Experience leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management.
Experience teaching Agile framework concepts to technical teams.
Professional Scrum Master Certification.
Bachelor's degree.
