What you'll do

Facilitate sprint ceremonies and manage project progress using Jira and Confluence.
Coach the development team on Agile principles and self-organization to maximize performance.
Collaborate with product owners and architects to ensure backlog quality and prioritization.
Gather and document technical and business requirements for complex projects.
Monitor and improve Scrum processes while resolving impediments in the development cycle.
Promote and measure Agile metrics to track team success.
Coordinate with other Scrum teams to align priorities and manage shared resources.
Shield the team from outside distractions to maintain focus on sprint goals.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role or managing teams to meet stakeholder objectives.
5+ years of experience gathering and documenting technical and business requirements.
Experience with Jira.
Experience leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management.
Experience teaching technical teams the basic Agile framework concepts.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
Bachelor's degree in a CS or Engineering field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
