What you'll do

Design, configure, and support SAP Quality Management (QM) and Production Planning (PP) modules.
Build SAP QM product features that align with the manufacturing product vision.
Develop functional specifications and manage the implementation of all SAP RICEFW areas.
Integrate SAP QM with cross-workstream processes including EWM, MM, and MES systems.
Lead blueprint workshops and fit-gap analyses to produce detailed design documents.
Manage sprint planning and deployments for product feature enhancements to drive business value.
Resolve production system tickets and identify opportunities for system performance optimization.
Create training documentation and lead train-the-trainer sessions for product changes.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
5+ years of development and support experience with the SAP QM module.
5+ years of experience in an information technology role.
2+ full cycle implementation experiences.
Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with feature delivery, tradeoffs, and contributing to engineering discussions regarding technology decisions.
