Senior SAP Technical Program Manager

What you'll do

• Own and operate end-to-end SAP S/4HANA business processes including finance, procurement, project systems, and asset management.
• Lead the integration of SAP systems with Amazon Corporate systems at scale.
• Define, prioritize, and manage product features and requirements to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop use cases by gathering operating requirements and collaborating with software development teams to build features.
• Lead Proof of Concept (POC) efforts to validate that proposed solutions meet business requirements.
• Manage the full delivery cycle including unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and training.
• Drive consensus among cross-functional stakeholder groups and manage project escalations to meet critical timelines.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• 4+ years of implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions, specifically focusing on SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
• Experience defining KPIs and SLAs to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
