SAP Production Planning Manufacturing Functional

What you'll do

• Design and implement scalable SAP Production Planning solutions that align with Clean Core principles.
• Conduct blueprint workshops and fit-gap analyses to produce detailed functional design documents.
• Manage the product backlog by ensuring all items are fully defined and solution-ready before development.
• Develop, configure, and test RICEFW components for manufacturing systems.
• Integrate SAP Manufacturing modules with EWM, QM, MM, MES, and PLM systems.
• Define critical success metrics and data-driven insights to improve product adoption and manufacturing efficiency.
• Identify change management needs and lead "train the trainer" sessions for new product features.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status.
• 6+ years of experience implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions with a focus on SAP S/4HANA.
• 6+ years of SAP Production Planning/Manufacturing implementation experience.
• Experience integrating with MES or other shop floor execution systems.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy, feature delivery, and technical decision-making for products.
• Experience managing relationships with SAP customers and partners (preferred).
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA, Cloud Platform, Clean Core design, or AI technologies (preferred).
