SAP Production Planning Manufacturing Functional

What you'll do

• Design and implement solutions for SAP Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality management modules.
• Conduct blueprint workshops and fit-gap analyses to produce detailed design documents based on core business needs.
• Integrate SAP systems with cross-workstream processes including EWM, QM, MM, and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Manage product roadmaps, sprint planning, and the deployment of features that provide measurable business value.
• Prepare functional specifications, configure, test, and support all RICEFW areas within the SAP environment.
• Resolve production system tickets and identify opportunities for system performance improvements.
• Define critical success metrics and use data-driven insights to drive product improvements.
• Identify change management needs and create training documentation for new product features.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
• 5+ years of experience building and implementing SAP PP/Manufacturing solutions with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
• 3+ years of experience integrating SAP S/4 with manufacturing execution systems.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy, feature delivery, and technical decision-making for a product.
• Knowledge of various SAP systems (S/4HANA, Business Suite, HANA) and their infrastructure needs (preferred).
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA, Cloud Platform, or Clean Core design concepts (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree.
