What you'll do

Coordinate the implementation of solutions to ensure alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
Support change management efforts to facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies.
Provide expert insights on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off during all project phases.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory, or consulting experience is required.
Minimum 8 years of equivalent industry experience is accepted in lieu of specific SAP consulting years.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project.
Minimum 2 years of experience with Employee Central/Time.
Must hold an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time certification.
Must hold a SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification.
A Bachelor’s Degree is required, or 12 years of work experience, or an Associate’s Degree with 6 years of experience.
Applicants must have valid work authorization for the United States that does not require sponsorship.
