What you'll do

Solve complex business problems by configuring SAP solutions and managing project workstreams.
Engage deeply with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time to provide subject matter expertise.
Identify project scope and define clear requirements for business and technology transformation initiatives.
Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.
Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
Coordinate the implementation of solutions to ensure alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
Support change management efforts to facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 8 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory, or consulting experience, or 10 years of equivalent industry experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Employee Central with EC Time.
Must hold an Employee Central certification and a SuccessFactors Time Management certification.
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Master level stakeholder communication skills to ensure clarity among diverse participants.
Ability to travel up to 100% as required by business needs and client requirements.
