SAP MDG Functional Architect

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain SAP MDG functionality for Leo Production Systems to improve process efficiency and data accuracy.
• Build a long-term Master Data Governance system based on product vision and best practices.
• Conduct blueprint workshops, fit-gap analyses, and produce detailed design documents for core requirements.
• Manage the roadmap, sprint planning, and deployment of feature enhancements for SAP MDG solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, configure, test, and support implementation for all RICEFW areas.
• Integrate MDG with cross-workstream processes including SAP S/4HANA, PP, EWM, MM, and MES systems.
• Govern the material lifecycle by enforcing standardization, harmonization, and compliance across all stages.
• Resolve production system tickets and provide ongoing business support for product improvements.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
• 3+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP MDG configuration experience with at least two full end-to-end implementations.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience representing and advocating for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
• Expertise in data governance principles, quality management, and master data lifecycle processes.
• Hands-on experience with BRF+, workflow design, change request management, and data replication frameworks.
