What you'll do

Build and maintain the SAP MDG product vision and long-term data governance roadmap.
Conduct blueprint workshops and fit-gap analyses to produce detailed functional design documents.
Configure, test, and support implementation for all SAP RICEFW areas.
Integrate SAP MDG with S/4HANA and modules including MM, EWM, QM, PP, and Finance.
Govern the material lifecycle by enforcing data standardization, harmonization, and compliance.
Manage sprint planning and deployment for product feature enhancements to drive business value.
Resolve production system tickets and provide ongoing business support for data issues.
Define success metrics and data-driven insights to monitor product adoption and improvement.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
3+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
5+ years of hands-on SAP MDG configuration experience with at least 2 full end-to-end implementations.
Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition for product solutions.
Experience representing and advocating for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
Experience implementing SAP MDG solutions including data modeling, governance frameworks, workflow configuration, BRF+, and data replication.
Experience integrating SAP MDG with SAP S/4HANA and core modules such as MM, PP, EWM, QM, and Finance.
