What you'll do

Define target-state architecture for manufacturing, supply chain, master data, asset management, and financial platforms.
Establish the Architecture and Governance function by creating standards, playbooks, and review forums.
Develop and implement integration standards across APIs, middleware, event-based patterns, and batch interfaces.
Maintain architecture decision records to document technical choices, trade-offs, and exceptions.
Lead architecture reviews for major initiatives, plant onboarding efforts, and platform changes.
Define system boundaries, capability ownership, and canonical integration patterns across enterprise platforms.
Architect upstream integrations from PLM, procurement, and engineering systems into SAP.
Design scalable solutions that reduce one-off customizations while maintaining consistency across multiple factories.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
12+ years of experience in enterprise systems, ERP, or platform architecture.
7+ years of experience in senior architecture, principal engineer, or equivalent technical leadership roles.
Experience defining target-state architecture and architectural standards for large-scale enterprise platforms.
Experience designing and governing integration patterns using APIs, middleware, event-based, and batch approaches.
Experience building or leading architecture governance mechanisms such as review boards and design authorities.
Experience working across multiple domains including manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and master data.
