SAP Production Planning / Manufacturing

What you'll do

• Design and implement SAP Production Planning (PP) features aligned with the product vision.
• Optimize business processes by identifying and implementing SAP best practices for simplicity and utility.
• Conduct blueprint workshops and fit-gap analyses to produce detailed design documents.
• Develop training documentation and lead "train the trainer" sessions for product changes.
• Manage sprint planning and deployment for feature enhancements that deliver measurable business value.
• Define critical success metrics and use data-driven insights to drive product improvements.
• Configure, test, and support implementation for all SAP RICEFW areas.
• Build and maintain integrations between SAP PP with EWM, QM, MM, and MES systems.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
• 3+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 4+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas like software development, cloud computing, or systems engineering.
• 5+ years of experience building and implementing SAP PP/Manufacturing solutions with at least two full-cycle implementations.
• 3+ years of experience integrating SAP S/4 with manufacturing execution systems.
• Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective.
• Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products on tight deadlines.
