Sales Talent Acquisition Partner

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, early career, and complex revenue-generating sales positions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
• Build proactive talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques, networking, and market research.
• Advise hiring managers on labor market trends, candidate availability, and compensation competitiveness.
• Lead intake meetings to establish candidate profiles, interview plans, and hiring timelines.
• Screen, assess, and interview candidates using structured and competency-based methodologies.
• Negotiate and extend employment offers while ensuring internal equity and alignment with compensation guidelines.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and market data to identify opportunities for process improvement.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Progressive full-cycle recruiting experience for professional, technical, leadership, or high-volume roles.
• Agency recruiting experience is required.
• Proven success recruiting for complex and difficult-to-fill positions specifically within the sales function.
• Advanced expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing, Boolean search, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage recruiting metrics and market intelligence to influence hiring strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and executive relationship-building skills.
