Join Anduril's rapidly growing TA Operations team as an AI Solutions Engineer, where you will be the technical owner of AI and automation for Talent Acquisition. You will build AI agents and automations to solve concrete recruiting problems, improving efficiency and efficacy across sourcing, screening, outreach, scheduling, candidate research, pipeline operations, and reporting. Your responsibilities include owning the TA's AI roadmap, conducting build-vs.-buy assessments, and ensuring safety, compliance, and governance for all systems. You will work closely with recruiters and sourcers to understand their needs, form a clear point of view on where AI can drive value, and partner with the Enablement team to enhance AI literacy across the recruiting organization.
