Sales Support Associate

What you'll do

• Perform data maintenance tasks including account hierarchy cleanup, merging records, and territory assignments.
• Provide first-line support by triaging and resolving cases within the Sales Operations queue.
• Manage user administration by activating or deactivating users across various sales tools.
• Execute configuration and setup tasks in Salesforce and other internal management systems.
• Conduct research to identify new accounts and build pipeline generation reports for target roles.
• Write SQL queries to automate manual processes and analyze code segments regularly.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards using Sigma or Tableau.
• Develop requirement gathering documents, project timelines, and UAT scenarios for automation releases.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Operations, Business, Project Management, Engineering, or any discipline.
• Minimum 2.5 years of sales operations experience (preferred).
• Must have good Salesforce know-how and a basic understanding of objects like account, contact, lead, and opportunity.
• Experience with ticketing/case management systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or Jira.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Macros using Microsoft Office or G Suite.
• 3 years of experience in SQL and strong automation skills with SQL/BI.
• Knowledge of data warehouse, Sigma/Tableau dashboards, and bulk update tools like Workbench.
• Experience with research databases (ZoomInfo, Crunchbase) and sales productivity tools (LeadIQ, Cognism) is preferred.
