Trade Support Associate II

What you'll do

• Execute trade activities from order entry through settlement for equity derivatives.
• Identify and implement automation and AI-driven enhancements for trading support functions.
• Monitor key reconciliation metrics using AI tools and data analytics to improve accuracy.
• Analyze, optimize, and redesign current processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze trading reports to provide actionable insights for senior management.
• Train and mentor junior team members on best practices and AI techniques.
• Manage ad-hoc projects focused on AI integration and process improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience in trading or financial services including knowledge of market products and operations.
• Proven skill in utilizing AI and machine learning to enhance trade support processes and decision-making.
• Demonstrated experience in project management with a focus on implementing AI technologies and process improvements.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions for operational challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and advanced digital literacy for technology integration.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining a detail-oriented approach and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of trading systems, financial markets, and regulatory requirements within the trading industry.
