Sales Operations Analyst

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end operational workflows for lead management, account management, and system audits.
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues to implement sustainable solutions and process improvements.
• Lead medium-scale projects by creating business requirements, implementation plans, and UAT test scenarios.
• Transform complex data into actionable insights and business cases to support sales decisions.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Sigma, Tableau, or Salesforce.
• Develop SQL-based solutions and automation to reduce manual effort and optimize workflows.
• Ensure data quality and governance across prospecting tools and internal CRM systems.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Data Analytics, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, territory management, and CRM best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools including core objects like Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, and Territories.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and process automation.
• Experience using reporting and visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with research platforms such as ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, or LeadIQ.
• Proven ability to manage projects, perform root cause analysis, and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
