What you'll do

• Execute trade activities from order entry to settlement while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Utilize AI and machine learning to enhance trade service processes and improve decision-making.
• Monitor and reconcile trading accounts to identify and implement process improvements.
• Provide high-quality service to clients while maintaining knowledge of market trends and regulations.
• Prepare and analyze trading reports for management review and strategic discussions.
• Train and mentor junior team members to foster a growth-oriented environment.
• Resolve discrepancies by collaborating with traders and internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the operating platform.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in trading or financial services with a strong foundation in industry practices and operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective decision-making and issue resolution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to facilitate interactions with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and advanced digital literacy.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with a detail-oriented approach and strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in team settings with an understanding of trading systems and financial markets.
• Proficient in using trading platforms and software (preferred).
• Knowledgeable about regulatory requirements in the trading industry (preferred).
