The Sales Solution Engineering Manager provides technical and functional support for sales channel engagements within the U.S. payments market. This role serves as a technical conduit between the sales team and clients, designing tailored solutions for issuers, payment networks, and merchants. You will lead technical discovery, design solution architectures, and manage the end-to-end token lifecycle for digital wallets. Key responsibilities include explaining network-tokenization, provisioning flows, and cryptographic controls while conducting workshops and architecture reviews. You will utilize expertise in EMV standards, NFC, APIs, SDKs, and cloud platforms to solve complex integration problems. The role specifically addresses technical requirements for card-digitization, identity verification, and payment gateway orchestration to ensure seamless integration with ecommerce platforms and the Paze digital wallet while maintaining PCI DSS and AML compliance.
Provide technical and functional support for sales channel engagements and payment solutions.
Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities and provide technical expertise to win business.
Design tailored client solutions using knowledge of payment systems, tokenization, and digital wallets.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in payments or fintech solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, or solution architecture.
